President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is all smiles as she listens to a briefing conducted by Puerto Princesa City Mayor Edward Hagedorn following the inauguration of the Puerto Princesa first engineered sanitary landfill in Barangay Sta. Lourdes, Princesa City Friday (March 31). The project is the first local government-controlled sanitary landfill submitted for Asian Development Bank (ADB) funding in 1991 under the Philippine Regional Municipal Project.
